XL Bolster Pillow - Sea shells
This XL Bolster Pillow is a crowd pleaser! Children love to snuggle up to this large pillow and wrap their arms around it while they sleep.
It's about 30 inches x 11 inches that comes with a plump poly-fiber thick and firm pad.
We print our designs onto 4 separate pieces of fabric, which are then cut to size and hand-sewn together by our expert seamstresses. The zip is sewn in and your large bolster cushions are stuffed with a cylindrical poly-fiber pad. For the final finishing touch, stylish heart charm is fixed to the zipper, which not only looks great but makes for easy open and closure. We use specialist dye sublimation, so the inks are fused deep into the fibers creating a permanent, vibrant print that won't fade. Everything is made and finished by hand, guaranteeing an authentic, premium charm.
Wash at 86°F, low tumble dry heat, hang to dry, do not wring, low heat iron.

Twin: print image aligned at center seam (there will be a center seam connecting two printed panels - digitally printed bedding can only be printed so large due to machine size. Do you offer Free Shipping?

Can I cancel my order?
If we have not shipped your order, then we can cancel. Please message us/email us right away to see if it has been shipped.

If it has been shipped and you still want to cancel. Email us for a return address to our warehouse. Once, we receive the items back we can refund if all items are in unworn in package condition. We are not responsible for reurn shipping and will only refund amount less original shipping fee used to send to you.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Can I return or exchange an item? Exchanges accepted for defects only. A photo of defect and email required within a week of delivery.
Unfortunately, sizing issues will not be returned/exchanged at this time as we have measured every garment size's length and width to ensure accurate sizing information before purchasing.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges are not permitted.
International addresses
If you have a wrong item or defective item a return will not be required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Where is my package?
We use USPS for USA and Europe/AUS and UPS for International orders. You will receive a tracking email with every purchase once your order has been sent out. US packages will go out 1-3 day (transit time) USPS delivery. Please give us time to process your order before shipping. Processing may be longer during sales and new season releases. We can usually process in 1-2 business days if there during normal schedule.
USA - We ship all packages 1-3 DAY USPS. All delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed to arrive by a certain date. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING TIME. Inclement weather, rerouting, or unforeseen postal circumstances may delay the delivery time. Please email us if your local post office has no information for you for a delayed delivery and we will make a claim to find the package with in 72 hours of USPS getting back to us. Please be patient while we help locate any lost or delayed packages.
If your package says delivered and you say that it was not. Although we can call and open a dispute with USPS, their customer service is not fast and disputes can take a while and may not show any results. What we found works best: For you to go into your local USPS office and ask for your postal delivery person. They usually remember if they delivered your package. We send all packages in bright colored packaging bags. (pink, blue, yellow) 9 times out of 10 either your local post office has it or it was delivered to your neighbor by accident. We cannot refund or send a new order if your tracking says delivered.
